In case we are not handling the fitting and loading ,You need to make sure only non-hazardous cargo will be loaded into our Flexitanks otherwise we won’t be responsible for any kind of loss or damage of any kind to you or third party. We will also have the right to raise a complaint against your company in case we find out that hazardous cargo is loaded into our Flexitank.
We won’t be responsible and accountable for any loss or damaged incurred to you or third party caused by improper container selection, fitting and loading.
The max loading temperature should not exceed 80°C at the time of loading. We won’t be liable for any loss to cargo or the third party caused by exceeding the said temperature.
